Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Quotes - Stoic Wisdom Daily mobile application (the "App") operated by dowhiletrue ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App provides Stoic philosophy quotes, journaling features, lessons, and related content for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Payment: All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's terms for in-app purchases.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, the unused portion of the trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription. You will not be charged during the free trial period unless it expires without cancellation.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
Price Changes: We may change subscription prices at any time. You will be notified in advance and may cancel before the new price takes effect.
Journal entries and other content you create in the App ("User Content") are stored locally on your device. We do not access, collect, or store your User Content on our servers.
You retain all rights to your User Content. We claim no ownership over anything you create in the App.
The App, including its design, features, code, icons, and original content, is owned by dowhiletrue and protected by intellectual property laws. The quotes included in the App are from historical Stoic philosophers and are in the public domain. Our curation, translations, presentation, and lesson content are proprietary.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
The content in the App is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, dowhiletrue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any damages resulting from reliance on the App's content.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where dowhiletrue operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
